Resume :Quatre des Power Rangers Turbo sont propulsés dans l'espace, afin de retrouver Zordon qui a été kidnappé par Dark Specter. Ils se retrouvent face à un Ranger rouge, Andros, qui les intègre dans son équipe. Ainsi, le Ranger rouge Turbo devient bleu, et le vert devient noir. Le Ranger rouge apprend au ex-Turbo Rangers que Zordon fut capturé par l'alliance maléfique de Dark Specter (dont fait partie Divatox). La nouvelle équipe, tout en protégeant la terre, cherche à sauver Zordon à travers l'univers à bord de l'Astro Mégaship.
